    Thank you to ACÁ Volunteers

What a terrific couple of days at ACÁ’s 5th Annual Country Fair. The months of pre-fair clean –up, the signage, the bar, the grill, the desert table, the salad bar and the ticket booths, each were truly outstanding! The funds raised were $58,000 pesos. All the volunteers worked well with our new student apprentices who were newly experiencing the harvest fair event. Thank you for making it a good example of working together. We are absolutely thrilled with the results, special Thanks go to each of you for the long hours you gave to this!

A review of 2005 has been prepared for new and continuing supporters. Mostly it’s dedicated to creating an awareness of the new opportunities for growth we face. To understand ACÁ better, we invite you to request this review, creating a better understanding to bring about major changes in educating communities about our environment. Also we now have available a 20 minute power point presentation, for an evolutionary look at the nature of ACÁ’s work in communities, and with growers in this region and it offers a glimpse into ACÁ training and community/ economic benefits of biodiversity. The ACÁ Eco Training Center and training programs operate mainly by funding from people like you, our supporters. This gift giving season is a perfect time to support ACÁ and its projects, that open doors of opportunity You can play a big part in attracting the support ACÁ needs to keep the Eco Training Center open for training even more people.
